An accident involving a car and tractor-trailer occurred on Interstate 70 Thursday evening, April 8, at the 169 mile marker near the New Concord exit.
New Concord Fire Department was dispatched at 9:58 p.m.
The car was in the center of the two eastbound lanes, causing the collision with the semi.
According to New Concord Fire Department Assistant Fire Chief Barkley, both I-70 lanes were shutdown for approximately an hour.
NCFD was on the scene for about an hour. No injuries or transports were reported.
