Muskingum University’s December 2022 undergraduate commencement ceremony will air live on Orbit TV and WMCO Friday, Dec. 9 at 3:30 p.m.

The ceremony is at the Anne C. Steele Center on Muskingum’s campus. The commencement speaker is James McDonald ’73. McDonald graduated from Muskingum with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. He has led a 48-year career providing mental health services to residents of the Zanesville area. He has served as the president and chief executive officer of Allwell Behavioral Health Services since 2013, which provides comprehensive mental health services for individuals of all ages.
McDonald holds a Master of Arts degree in public administration from Ohio University. He is licensed with the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Boards. He resides in Zanesville.
