I am Robbi Moore, the Orbit Television student program director. I was inspired by fellow WMCO Program Director, Brice Lillibridge, to write about my experience in Orbit Media.

Seeing as I am in my senior year at Muskingum University, I decided to take this time to reflect on my experience in Orbit Media and how it has benefited me as a student as well as how it has prepared me for the world post-college.
I am in charge of producing content on our cable channel 1020 as well as our YouTube channel. Orbit Media is student driven so the videos you see from Orbit Media are created by students for the campus community as well as the Village of New Concord. We range from interviews, concerts on campus, sports games, and narrative filming.
This position has prepared me for what I what I want to pursue in the future. I want to direct and produce films in my post-college career.
Filmmaking is something that has always fascinated me and I am grateful that Orbit TV has provided me with the opportunity to work in this area. I have learned directing, editing, set design, and audio all from being part of Orbit Media.
I joined Orbit Media the spring semester of my sophomore year and it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
