Delta Gamma Theta sponsored a Color Run throughout the Muskingum University campus April 14.
The Muskingum University local sorority aimed to bring awareness to Ohio’s Safe Haven laws.
Safe Haven Laws are national laws allowing unharmed infants to be left at designated locations without a parent suffering from legal repercussions.
Common locations designated as Safe Haven locations include hospitals, churches, or fire departments.
All proceeds collected from the run were donated to Open Arms Pregnancy Center and the House of Samuel, both located in Cambridge, Ohio. This was the third year for the event.
