1010 WINS, New York City reporter/anchor Glenn Schuck is visiting Muskingum University Friday, Sept. 29. Schuck will meet with WMCO students, media classes, and present two public presentations throughout the day.
The public presentations are Sept. 29 at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The 11 a.m. event is in Caldwell Hall room 300. The 2 p.m. presentation is in Caldwell Hall room 340.
Schuck, with over 35 years of broadcasting experience, currently serves as an anchor for 1010 WINS, the No. 1 news radio station in the country. Schuck was the first radio reporter to visit the site of Ground Zero after the Sept. 11, 2oo1 attacks with New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
Schuck’s parents named him after Sen. John Glenn. Schuck takes much pride in being named after Glenn. Schuck’s ties to New Concord are strong and he looks forward to visiting Muskingum University and the community each year.
